The farmer house is located in Maremma, in the southern part of Tuscany, 5km from Scansano, 20km from the thermal spa of Saturnia, 25km from Grosseto, 30km from Argentario, one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, 180km from Rome, 80km from Siena and 130km from Florence. It is also located directly on the famous wine-road of the Morellino di Scansano.

The house is the first one in a very tiny village, directly on the road. It is not a main road, but you don't have to drive long, solitary white roads to reach the house.

It is a perfect location to discover Tuscany. Every day you can make a different trip, to the sea or to a lake, to a mountain or to the hills, to the spa or to a river, to a small village or a larger city, what ever you want, you will find it.

The house has been completely renovated trying to keep the old style, as the old flooring or the wonderful old ceiling which you will find in the living room or the characteristic stone façade which you can admire outside.
The house consist of one large living kitchen from where you can reach a nice terrace.There you have also a large, very nice BBQ. and you have in front there are over 6000 square-metre land and you have a wonderful view over the famous hills of Tuscany

Than you a nice living-room with a large fireplace and here you have also a satellite TV where you can find perhaps the news in your language. On the same floor you have one sleeping-room with a double-bed and one bathroom with a stand up shower.

On the upper floor you have two other sleeping-rooms with a double-bed each, two other bathrooms with a stand up shower and two smaller rooms with each a sleeping sofa for other two persons each. One of the bathrooms is very loved by children, as it is very small and you have to climb up some small wooden stairs to reach it, but there is all inside - wc and a stand up shower. .
 

Up to 6 persons can spend a wonderful vacation in Tuscany. If you have children, there are also the two smaller rooms with two pull out sofas.
