Via Urbana s located in
one of the oldest parts of Rome, which is called Rione Monti. This is a very
good location - just 300m behind the colosseum and the Forum Romanum. Also
the famous church Santa Maria Maggiore is nearby.
The most important sights can be reached by foot. Around you have a big
choice of all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants. The metrostation Cavour
can be reached after 100m and the metrostation Termini can be reached after
300m.

This apartment is located on the first floor without lift
and it has been completely renovated and very nice furnished. As the
building is very old from the 17th century, the walls are very large and for
this during the summer it is very fresh and warm during wintertime. Anyhow
the whole apartment is equipped with air condition with fresh and warm air.
The apartments consists of two large bed rooms, one small living room and a
fully equipped living kitchen. Each bed room has a double bed and you have
also two bath rooms with a stand up shower at your disposition. In the
living room you can find a pull out sofa, which can become a comfortable
double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find also a
table with chairs. Although the apartment is located on the first floor it
is very bright and due to the good windows, there is absolutely no noise.
This apartment is perfect for a wonderful vacation in Rome for up to 6
persons.
