This Apartment is
located in Santa Marinella, a very nice fisher village, 50km outside from
Rome. From here you can take the train and you will reach the centre of Rome
in 35 minutes. This is a nice alternative to stay at the sea and to discover
also Rome.
If you have a car you will be able to see also the sourroundings of Santa
Marinella and Rome, but it is not necessary as you can reach the train
station after 400m and the beach after 500m and this apartment is located in
the centre of Santa Marinella. Santa Marinella has mainly rocky beaches, but
there is also one small sandy beach. If you have a car, you can reach Santa
Severa after 5km where you can find a very nice and long sandy beach.

In Santa
Marinella you can find all you need. You have all kind of shops,
Restaurants and Bars. There is also a very nice harbour. Every morning the
fisherboots come back and you can buy fresh fishes there.
The apartment is located on the second floor with lift. It has been completly remodelled and it is very bright. There is a nice living-room with a sofa, which can become a doublebed. Than you have also a fully equipped kitchenette. From the living-room you can also reach a balcony, where you have a table and chairs. Than you have at your disposition a sleepingroom with a doublebed and a private bathroom with a stand -up shower.
