This apartment is located just behind the Pantheon, in a tiny street called Via delle Colonnelle.
From here you can reach the most important sights by foot. In 10walking minutes you can reach the Spanish Steps or on the other side you can reach Piazza Navona and Campo de'
Fiori.

Around the apartment there are a lot of Bars and Restaurants and there you can enjoy the roman nightlife.
The apartment is in a old building on the 4th and last floor without lift.
It is built over two floors. From the entrance you can reach a nice sleeping
room with a double bed. Just next to it there is a smaller room with a
single bed and on the same floor there is also a bathroom with a stand up
shower which is just at your own disposition.
Small stairs bring you up to the second floor where you can find a wonderful
living-dining room with two terraces. There is also a fully equipped
kitchen.On this floor there is the second sleeping room with a double bed
and one other bathroom with a tube.

1. you hire the first floor up to 3 persons, and in this case you can use the second floor together with the owner, a nice austrian lady, or
2. you hire the whole apartment and the lady will not live there.
In this apartment up to five persons can spend a wonderful vacation in Rome. It is not suitable for children, as the stairs can be dangerous.
