This apartment has a fascinating and outstanding location - just behind the Spanish steps. 

Via Frattina is located in the pedestrian zone and is one of the most famous shopping streets in the world - the famous Caffé Greco, the bar where the German writer spent many hours, is also just there. 

Here you can find many different shops, famous ones e none, whatever you wish. 
Nearby you can find also an open air market and a nice supermarket.

All the most important sight-seeings can be reached by foot, but if you prefer to use the public transportations they are just behind the apartment.

The metro-station of Piazza di Spagna can be reached just in 5 walking minutes and behind the apartment you can find several bus-stations in Piazza San Silvestro. 

The apartment is located in Via Frattina in a 300 years old building and it is on the third floor without lift. 

It has been completely remodelled, but we tried to keep the old style as the old flooring and the wonderful wooden ceiling. 

The apartment has a comfortable living-dining room with a sofa which can become a good double bed. There is also a round table with 4 chairs. 

In the huge bedroom you can find a double bed with a very good orthopedic mattress and a sofa which can become one single bed. There is also a nice wardrobe and an antique writing-desk. 

This room has a window directly over Via Frattina 

 

 

Than you have at your disposition also a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

From the kitchenette you can reach a very nice, romantic terrace in the middle of the old roofs of Rome, perfect to have breakfast or in the evening a glass of wine.
