This beautiful apartment is located in EUR. EUR is a new part of Rome, which
has been built by Mussolini and nowadays it is a very nice residential part of
Rome. This is a good alternative to our apartments in the historical centre.
It is very beautiful, but as the location is a little bit outside, the price
is not so high. Directly in front of the door you can find a bus which brings
you in less than 5 minutes to the Metro B. You can go there also by foot and
you will reach the Metrostation in less than 15 minutes. The Metro B brings
you in less than 20 minutes to the Coliseum, in the heart of Rome. Directly in
front of the apartment you have also a good restaurant, in case one night you
dont want to go out. Just in front you have also a large supermarket. In less
then 15 minutes you can reach Viale Europa, the main shopping street of the
EUR. |

The apartment is located in the fifth floor with lift. It is very large,
bright and well furnished. When you enter you will find a nice entrance which
brings you just in front to the fully equipped kitchen and on left hand you
will find a large living-dining room with 2sofas and a large dinning table.
One of the sofas can become a comfortable double bed. From the living room you
can reach a very nice terrace. Than you have also a large sleeping room with a
double bed and one other room with a French double bed. There are also two
bathrooms, one with a tube and one with a shower.
There is also another room, but at the moment it is closed as the owner
uses it as a storage. Here you can spend a nice and quiet vacation in Rome
staying together up to 6 persons. |
