This small, nice apartment is located in Via Giovanni Bettolo in the vatican
area. To reach the metro station Ottaviano it takes you only 5 walking minutes,
and other 5minutes to reach the Vatican. This is a perfect location to
discover Rome. From here you can reach the most important sights by foot, but
you can take also all the pubblic transportations, which are nearby.
You will find also all kind of shops, starting from Via Ottaviano on.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, but as it is located towards a private court, it is very quiet. The apartment has been built over two floors, which means you have a loft on top. From the entrance you will reach the living room where you can find a sofa, which can become a french doublebed. Then you will find a round table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a small bathroom with a stand up shower.
On the loft you will find a good double bed and several wardrobes. It was possible to built up this loft as the walls are over 4m high. Two persons can spend a wonderful vacation here, but if you have children, there is also the possibility to stay up to four persons.
