This Villa consists of a mainbuilding and a dependance. In
case you will be only two persons, of cours the whole house will be at
your own disposition. The mainbuilding has a large livingroom with a
fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with in front the dinningroom with a
large round table. Still in the mainbuilding you can find two bedrooms
with doublebed and one other room with a singlebed plus one other single
bed which comes out under the first
one. Than you have also two bathrooms, one with a tub and the smaller one
with a shower. On the first floor there is the mandsard, where you can
find a sofa, which can become a good doublebed. There is also a large
bathroom with a tub but as it is under the roof you cant really stand up
there.

Just nearby you can find the dependance with a large livingroom with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleepingroom with a doublebed and a bathroom with a stand up shower.

reach them after 5walking minutes. But you can go also to the pubblic thermal bath where you can find the old roman tub and the warm water which comes down as a waterfall. There you dont have to pay anything and you will reach them after 1km.
Around the Villa you will find a wonderful 5000m2 large garden with old,
large pine trees.
