This apartment is located in S, Marinella, a small fishermenvillage , 50km out of Rome. From here you can take the train , which will bring you in 40 minutes to the centre of Rome. This is a nice alternative to enjoy the sea and visit also a large city. In S. Marinella you can find whatever you need, good restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all kind of shops.

There are also bicycles as your disposition in order to reach the trainstation or go around in S. Marinella. So in case you are coming without a car, you can use the bicycles, but I personally would suggest you a car, as there are so many sights and different beaches to visit. The distance to the station is around 2km. The apartment is 100m from the sea.. S. Marinella has a very nice sea - but most beaches are rocky. There is also a nice large swimmingpool with salt water at your disposition, of course only in the summer months.

The apartment is around 45m² large and is located on the 2. and last floor without lift. It conists of a living room with a pullout sofa , which can be converted into a good french double bed. There is also a table with chairs. YOu will find also a sleeping room with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
The kitchen is small, but fully equipped. There is also a microwave and a wash mashine. From each room you can reach a small balcony, going around the apartment.

Then you will find steps going upstairs, over the apartment, where you will find a very nice terrace - 45m² large. It is euipped with sunbeds, BBQ and a shower with warm water. You will have also a wonderful view to the sea.
Here 2persons can spend a very nice vacation. The french bed in the living room gives other two persons, preferable children the possibility to stay in this apartment.
