This residence is located in Santa Marinella, a very nice fisherman village with a wonderful typical old harbour. From here you can do a lot of things, but the most important is that you can reach Rome by train in 40minutes. This is a perfect vacation if you like to stay directly at the sea and discover also Rome. In front of Villino Gregoraci, you will find a very nice sandy beach and from Santa Marinella you can discover also the surroundings of Rome, go to Cervetri and visit the famous Etruscan tombs, visit the wonderful lake of Bracciano or go to Ostia and admire the old foundations of the harbour from the roman empire or to visit Viterbo, one of the oldest cities with his famous spa -le terme dei papi. | ||||

Villino Gregoraci is an old Villa, which has been completely renovated. Here you have different possibilities to spend your
vacation, For example staying in a suite, which consists of a sleeping room with a double bed and one single
bed, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a stand up shower. In the living room you will find also a sleeping sofa for other two
persons. So in the suite you can stay up to 5 persons |

In the residence there are other two apartments. One consists of a large sleeping room with a double bed and two single beds, one living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with stand up shower. In the living room you have a sleeping sofa for two persons. So in this apartment you can stay up to 6 persons. Here you have also a nice large terrace with a table and chairs overlooking a wonderful garden. | |||

The second apartment is a little bit smaller and is suitable for up to 4 persons. This has a nice balcony where you can find also a table with chairs. | |||

Than you have two dependences. The small dependence has only one sleeping-living room where you can find a double bed and two single bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a stand up shower. In front of the apartment you have a large terrace. This apartment is perfect for two persons, but you can add also two children. | |||

The larger dependence has a sleeping room with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for other two
persons. In the living room you find also a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a private bathroom and in front of the dependence you can find a nice terrace with a table and
chairs. |
